Madhi Malar claps Sri Lanka

Among the spectators to the SL Vs India match Madhi Malar was special. She is the wife of Murali, Mrs. Murali. She is an Indian - but, it's great to see she's been enjoying every moment of the game and cheering Sri Lanka. In an interview with press on 7th Feb 2005, this is what she said,

Press: If there is a cricket match between India and Sri Lanka, will Madhi be in a dilemma about which side to support?

Madhi Malar: "Of course, I will support my husband! I have no dilemma on that front!"

Dr Nitya [mother of Madhi Malar] echoes the same sentiment.

"Family comes first. Murali is family now. Naturally, we will support him."
